It was a flat start on the final day of the week. nifty opened flat today.The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark fell 0.25 percent on Friday early morning session of trading. The stocks which led to the losses included HDFC Bank which lost 0.3 percent, HDFC at a loss of 0.7 percent and Tata Motors with the maximum loss of 2.3 percent today. Sensex opened its shop with red mark today. It was trading at 17,542.30, a decline of 18.56 points or 0.1 per cent.
Nifty was trading in a red mark too. It slipped 0.12 percent and was trading at 5,316.60
Bharti Airtel stabilizes today after shedding 11% in the last two days of the week.
Taking into account the individual indexes, the BSE Auto Index was too trading in negative. it was 0.8 per cent lower, the BSE Consumer durable index was also in the queue of losses with 0.36 per cent and the BSE Capital Goods Index was down by 0.3 per cent, however BSE IT Index was trading high today, it was up by 0.6 per cent.
Top traded stocks were HDFC, ITC and SBI.
The Asian shares desist on the last day of week as investors got expectation for new stimulus from the central banks gave support to a market.
The largest bank of the country, State Bank of India, is due to report its April-June earnings in the later part of the day today. The analyst suggest to sell the SBI share today.
1. Hold Balrampur Chini with a target of Rs 68.50 and stop loss of Rs 66.50.
The stock is currently trading at Rs 67.55, up 2.8% on the BSE.
2. Sell Aban Offshore in range of Rs 394-396 with a target of Rs 382 and stop loss of Rs 400.
The stock is currently trading at Rs 392.75, down 0.3% on the BSE.
3. Buy Marico with a target of Rs 203 and stop loss of Rs 190.30.
The stock is currently trading at Rs 194, down 0.2% on the BSE
